How do I order Cookies?

Check out our flavors under the Cookie Creations Tab. Write down your choices and choose the package available and head over to the shop. If you are choosing a 3 or 6 pack, you will be prompted to pick your flavors. All mini, EPIC and Edible Bowls only come in 1 flavor of your choosing.

What are the MACROS?

As an avid fitness enthusiast, I track all my foods. However, there comes a time when you just need a diet break and for this reason, these cookies hit the spot. Life is meant to be lived not restricted. So eat your cookies and enjoy them and then get back on track!

Are the Gluten Free Cookies REALLY Gluten Free?

Our cookies have not been sent out for testing, however, all of our ingredients are purchased and stated on the label as Gluten Free. As a parent with a child with Celiac Disease, we understand the importance of no cross contamination and using verified Gluten Free products.  If you need further information on the ingredients please contact us before ordering. We want you to be able to enjoy the finer things in life without the worry of gluten issues. As always, check out the ingredients to verify if these cookies fit your Gluten Free lifestyle.

Peanut/Tree nut allergens

Our cookies do contain ingredients that have these types of allergens in them and are processed in the same manner as our other cookies. Please refer to the ingredients to determine if a cookie is right for you.

Can I freeze my cookies?

Yes! Cookies can be kept in the freezer for up to 6 months. When you want to enjoy a cookie, let it sit out on the counter for 20-30 minutes to thaw and pop in a 350 degree oven for a few (3-4) minutes. 

Can I eat my cookies right away?

Sure! We find eating warm cookies more enjoyable and a couple minutes in the oven will do or if you're in a hurry, 15-30 seconds in the microwave will do! Or if you enjoy your cookies a little crisp and crumbly, straight out of the bag will do as well. If you’re not going to be enjoying your creations right away, drop them into the fridge or freezer until ready to eat. 

When should I expect my Cookies?

All orders are taken Monday - Thursday. Orders are then baked fresh and shipped out on Wednesday or Friday depending on order dates. Orders will arrive via USPS in a flat rate box within 2-3 days from ship date.

We are not responsible for shipping delays due to holidays or unforeseen events. Please plan accordingly. 

Be sure to input the correct address. We can not replace items that were sent to an incorrect input address. We are not responsible for stolen packages and can not replace items. Please remember that cookies left on porches during the summer months may melt!

Mailing costs vary depending on the amount of cookies you order.

What if my package is damaged?

Once the package leaves our hands, it is the carriers responsibility to deliver that package intact. Please contact USPS for issues. We will not replace or refund the order. If this issue arises, you can ask the carrier to file a claim and you can ask for reimbursement through them. Unfortunately, we can't control how the packages are delivered and what may happen to them. We do our best in packaging our products to avoid damage. 

Can you deliver to Apartment mailboxes?

Check with your apartment complex managers. Depending on your order, some boxes do not fit inside the appointed mailboxes.

Where do you ship?

Currently we are only shipping within the US. We also ship to APO/FPO addresses.

Where do the ALZHEIMER's Cookie proceeds go to?

Proceeds from these cookies will go to ENDALZ campaign.

Why did you choose these charities to support?

Having a family member who has been diagnosed with Alzheimer's is devastating. Raising awareness and funds for this disease that affects more than just the patient is crucial to finding a cure and helps families deal with the pain of losing a family member before they are gone.
